1)  Binding Agreement: 📄 By agreeing to Palaces Power Wash, LLC estimate, you are agreeing to a binding agreement for the work to be performed at the specified address, for the specified price and for the specified service.  Price can vary when details are verified with customer and if customer decides for extra cleaning services. 🧼

2) Concerns And Details:  Palaces Power Wash, LLC should be notified of any issues immediately while on location to address any concerns you may have. 👍

3)  Water Usage:  As it is usual and understood, you agree to provide Palaces Power Wash, LLC at no charge with the right to use an on-site 💧water supply💧 as needed to perform the stated project/s.  If no water is available on location, we should be notified in at least two days in advance to arrange for the necessary water at extra cost to you.

4)  Scheduling And Weather: ⌚ It is extremely important for us to perform projects as agreed. We do our best to start and complete your project as scheduled. 🌩Weather🌩, especially in Florida can play an important role on performing your project in a timely manner.  If any changes do come up due to the weather or any other unforeseen event, we will notify you asap for rescheduling.

5) Payment Due After Project:  Payments to Palaces Power Wash, LLC are due as per the agreement and are to be paid immediately after the completion of the project.  Payments are to be made in cash, 💵 Zelle, check, credit card, 💳 debit card, or PayPal.  Cashapp is also available for payment processing. Credit card and debit card payments require a 3.85% processing fee.

6)  Wear and Tear:   Paint, wood, shingles and mostly all materials age and fade naturally exposed to the weather.  Algae and moss can adhere to any surface and cause damages. Algae and moss are living organisms that, if not removed in a timely manner, can eat into the surfaces around your house and property. Palaces Power Wash, LLC is not responsible for damage done by the weather or mold and algae.

7)  Overspray Of Water & Cleaning Solutions: 💦 During the performance of the project, you are responsible for keeping children, pets and any person away and clear from the work area around the property.  It is your responsibility to keep any vehicles 🚗 inside your garage or clear from the property where the project will be performed.  Some overspray of solutions and water is possible especially on windy days, please keep all people, pets, vehicles, and property clear from work area and surroundings.

8)  Trip Hazards: Hoses will be unreeled and ran around the property during the project. Ladders and other tools will be used, please keep people away from work areas👷‍♂️👷‍♀️ and tools and be aware of trip hazards. 🧹

9)  Watertight Seals And Other house component: Palaces Power Wash, LLC is not responsible for damages done if a window, door, 🚪 or any other house component is not watertight.  If cleaning solutions or any liquid cause seepage into the structure, Places Power Wash, LLC does not cover any such damages.  This includes but not limited to electrical service ⚡ including receptacles and light fixtures. 💡

10)  Removal and Replacement of Items:  We highly recommend that you remove any items from the areas that will be cleaned.  By courtesy, we may remove a couple of light items that may on the way for better cleaning. We will also gently place them back to their original place when possible.  Palaces Power Wash, LLC will not be responsible for any damages that may result from moving such items. If many items or heavy 🏋️‍♀️ items need to be removed, PPW may charge a fee.  Removing items blocking the work area can really become a task, items can break, and it can become time consuming. If many items need to be moved, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements and we can agree in a fee. Thank you.

11)  Incorrect House Component Installation:  Occasionally, roof shingles, siding, gutters, fake window shutters, or other house components are not installed correctly and may move or fall off with a light touch.  Palaces Power Wash, LLC will not be responsible for such items.  We will do our best to put back in its original position as possible.

12)  Broken Concrete, Block, Brick, Stucco or Wood: 🧱 Any broken concrete or stucco or other material will be cleaned as gently as possible.  Palaces Power Wash, LLC will not be responsible for any concrete or stucco that may come off from previously damaged areas.

13) Stains:  Some stains are deep and permanent and power washing or stain removals cannot remove them completely.  We will make every attempt to remove them but Palaces Power Wash, LLC will not be responsible for such stain removals.

14)  Window Spotting:  Palaces Power Wash, LLC does not offer “Windex” window cleaning.  Our window cleaning is only on the outside.  Windows are cleaned by applying cleaning solutions and rinsing by low pressure or high pressure from a distance as needed.
